Most excellent!  |
I love listening to music & bought this card from Amazon to replace an OEM Audigy card.There are many many good points about this kit... ease of installation & configuration, build quality, connectivity, bundled software etc etc etc
And I havent found any bad points. Most importantly for me, sound quality is truly astonishing – noticeably better than the original Audigy OEM. It may be something of an indulgence unless you wish to explore musical creativity but if you love music and object to crawling around the floor to access audio connectivity, indulge yourself. I really love this card!

EVERY MUSICIANS DREAM |
Being a musician with not a lot of money, this sound card is a dream come true. With the right software and a bit of practice Ive started recording my own compositions and being able to do this is wonderful. You cannot fault the quality of the recording.Installation is very simple and the software that comes with it is very good. I bought this because I wanted to record music so I dont really know how much it can benefit gaming and DVD playback because these dont interest me. But I can tell you that for musicians this is an excellent first step into the art of digital recording. GO BUY NOW!

Never thought Sound was so important |

On recing the box, was a piece of cake to install on my ageing 1.5 desktop. Simply follow the quick reference instructions, hook up power, input from CD/DVD inside PC, connect the optional joystick connector PCI slot and close the machine. On startup simply supply the CD and your up and running. You just need some patence if you want to install all the software thats bundled in with the package, the inclusion of Lara Croft and Raven Shield was a neat supply. From installation to build quality nothing can be faulted. A sure beauty
